Return Policy

Sometimes you want to return an order, maybe because the product does not meet your expectations or for another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

To start a return, send an email to info@basednutrition.eu with your order number and, optionally, the reason for the return.

We will create a return label and send it to the email address used for the return request. You have 14 days from the date of the return request to send the product back to us. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, please return the product with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. The direct costs for returning the goods are your responsibility.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

The purchase amount, minus the return costs of €6,00, will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the cancellation, provided the package is returned in its original condition and unopened packaging.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any case, you will not incur any fees for such a refund.

For products where hygiene is important, such as supplements, returns will not be accepted if the seal is broken after delivery. Products with a short shelf life or that spoil quickly, especially supplements after their expiration date, cannot be returned either. If you have used, damaged, or opened the products, the return is void. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged for the return shipment.

Want to exchange your product?

If you wish to exchange a product, that's no problem at all. Please contact info@basednutrition.eu. However, the costs for returning the product are your responsibility.

Wrong delivery address!

If you have accidentally provided a wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately. We will try to change the order for you.
